Website for FDL

New WordPress-powered website for long-standing client, FDL.

Background

FDL are an estate agency and solicitors based in Kirkcaldy. I have been working with this growing business since 2011 when I originally created their brand. They required a new website as part of a major brand update to help position the business as a leader in the Fife property market and distinguish their property-related services from their other legal services. I refreshed their brand, created a promotional campaign, designed new property sales boards, and delivered a new website.

Goals

• Provide multiple routes through to property pages, including smart search with autofill, interactive map, and featured properties on the homepage
• Present properties in their best light, with large imagery, videos, and galleries
• Help people find properties by providing multiple mapping options and accurate directions
• Increase the number of property viewing enquiries and leads for all services
• Ensure page load times are well above average

Results

The website, powered by WordPress and launched in early 2022, has helped grow awareness of their property services and has significantly increased the number of enquiries for viewings and valuations.
